On the morning of August 20, 2009, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met in the Foreign Ministry with visiting Lao Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Phongsavath Boupha, exchanging views on China-Laos relations, as well as international and regional issues of common concern.
