On November 27, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun met with the outgoing Ambassador of Turkey to China Murat Salim Esenli.

Zhai Jun made positive comments on Esenli's efforts to promote the development of China-Turkey relations during his term, and had friendly talks with him on issues of bilateral relations and so on.
