On July 22, Ambassador Wang Wenli met with a study tour delegation of 31 teachers and students led by GX Foundation .

Welcoming the delegation, Ambassador Wang reviewed the history of friendly exchanges and bilateral relations between China and Timor-Leste, elaborated on the philosophy and practice of Chinese diplomacy. She highly praised the GX Foundation’s recent contributions to Timor-Leste—notably in dengue control, clean drinking water access, medical talent cultivation, and youth cultural exchanges, and encouraged the students to cherish this field experience in humanitarian assistance, contribute to the amity between the people in China and Timor-Leste.

In a warm and lively atmosphere, the students had exchanges with Ambassador Wang regarding the international situation, humanitarian assistance, and local customs of Timor-Leste.
