On July 9, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun at invitation attended the National Day reception of South Sudan. He exchanged views with H.E. Yokwe Eluzai Moga, Ambassador of South Sudan to China, on bilateral relations as well as international and regional topics of mutual interest.
