At the invitation of Security Council Secretary Patrushev of the Russian Federation and the government of Mongolia, State Councillor Dai Bingguo will attend the seventh round of China-Russia Strategic Security Consulation in Russia and pay an official visit to Mongolia from August 19 to 25.
