Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hong Lei announces:

As agreed by China and ASEAN, from January 24 to 25, ASEAN Foreign Ministers will take a collective inspection tour to the Kunming-Bangkok highway and hold China-ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi in Kunming City, Yunnan Province.

This year marks 20th anniversary of establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations. The above activities will be the first of their kind to mark the anniversary. Chinese and ASEAN Foreign Ministers will exchange views on China-ASEAN strategic cooperation including ASEAN Connectivity and jointly launch the "Year of China-ASEAN Friendly Exchanges"
