State Councilor Dai Bingguo Attends the Second Meeting of BRIC Senior Representatives on Security Issues

On April 15, 2010, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo attended the second meeting of BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) senior representatives on security issues in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. Brazil's Strategic Affairs Minister Samuel Pinheiro Guimaraes chaired the meeting which was also attended by Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev and India’s National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon. The four parties discussed the current international situation and cooperation among the four nations.

The next meeting of BRIC senior representatives on security issues will be held in China.
