On September 17, 2009, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi held a telephone conversation with his British counterpart David Miliband. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral ties, climate change, as well as international nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament and other international and regional issues of common concern.
