Mr. Kim Dae-jung was an old friend of the Chinese people and had devoted great enthusiasm and efforts to the development of China-ROK relations, which the Chinese government and people will never forget. Mr. Kim was committed to promoting the North-South reconciliation and cooperation on the Korean peninsula and peace and development in this region, which the Chinese side highly appreciates, Wen said in the message.
