On December 21st, 2019, H.E. Dr. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador of China to Timor-Leste met with Ms. Élia António de Araújo dos Reis Amaral, Acting Minister of Health. Ms. Élia António de Araújo dos Reis Amaral thanked the Chinese government and embassy for their long-term assistance and support to the development of medical care sector in Timor-Leste. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the cooperation projects of Lifeline Express’s Bright Journey and Urology Lithotripsy Specialty, and agreed to continue to deepen the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of medical care, health and people's livelihood, further consolidate the foundation of bilateral friendship between the two countries, and promote the two countries bilateral relations to move forward.
