On May 26^th 2023, the Embassy of the People’sRepublic of China in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste held a farewell/introductory reception for Snr.Col. Liu Miao, the outgoing Defence Attaché, and Snr.Col. Miao Haijun, the incoming Defence Attaché. The Embassy had the honor to invite H.E. Tenente-General Domingos Raul “Falur Rate Laek”, the Chief of Defence Forces, F-FDTL to attend the reception. A total of approximately 80 distinguished guests from the Ministry of Defence, F-FDTL, Ministry of Interior, PNTL, PCIC of Timor-Leste, as well as Defence Attachés and Military Advisors from different nations have attended.
