Starting from November 13, 2022, the requirements of pre-departure PCR tests for passengers leaving for China from Timor-Leste will be updated as follows:

1. General principlePassengers who transfer to China from Timor-Leste via other countries

can apply forhealth codes with a negative PCR test certificate within 48 hours before boarding China-bound flights.

Passengerscan take a PCR test in Timor-Leste or transit countries and apply for health codes from Chinese Embassies or consulates at the place where they are tested. Passengers must ensure that the health code is within the validity period when boarding China-bound flights.
